I filed my first claim and it was denied. I requested my military medical records, and it took a year for me to receive them. Those records provided me with the proof I needed. I filed a second claim in March 2023. In June 2023 I filed a supplemental claim in regard to the first claim. I filed a third claim for something else in June 2023. My second claim is stuck in the evidence stage because they are waiting for my private medical records from a private facility. I called the V.A. today and said that those records are not relevant to my claims. The lady at the V.A. said she will send a note to them to let them know that. It's July, and I have a feeling it will be at least a few more months until I get a decision if not longer. Trying to be patient. Am wondering if submitting multiple claims will make it much longer to get a decision.
